Appointments

We respect your time and make every effort to stay on schedule. If you need to change your appointment, there will be no charge if you notify us 48 hours in advance. However, if something should occur to prevent you from contacting us, there will be a charge for a missed appointment.

If an emergency should arise, someone is always available to respond to your concerns. Please call us as early in the day as possible. If the problem arises after hours, our answering service will forward your message to the doctor on call.

Scheduling

We schedule appointments one to three weeks in advance unless it is an emergency. Call our office directly to make an appointment.

Confirmation

Within 24 hours, your information will be processed and you will receive an email or phone call confirming your appointment. You will need to respond promptly so that we can confirm the appointment date and time.
